Shipping policy

Processing and delivery
We prepare orders within 2–4 business days before dispatch. Transit estimates begin when the shipment leaves our facility:
• Standard Shipping: FREE; 12–20 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: US$14.90; 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing is additional to transit.

Destinations and tracking
Delivery is available to the destinations supported at checkout. Shipment updates and available tracking are sent to the order email. An initial tracking scan may take time to appear. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.

International charges
Checkout identifies charges collected with your purchase. Destination authorities may assess additional import charges when these are not prepaid. We do not collect the same charge twice.

Changes and delivery issues
Email ais0848984447@gmail.com promptly to request an address correction. Changes depend on fulfillment progress. For delays, missing parcels or damage, provide your order number and available photographs. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates; customs or carrier disruptions may affect arrival.
